AI-Powered Website Challenge

Design and publish original websites using AI-powered tools through creative prompt engineering.

About This Event

The AI-Powered Website Challenge was the first event of the 2025–2026 USAAI National Competition Series (NCS), designed to push high school students to explore the creative potential of artificial intelligence. In this competition, students used Lovable, an AI-powered website builder, to design and publish original websites entirely through their own prompt engineering.

Participants worked individually to transform ideas into fully functional websites, showcasing their creativity, technical skill, and understanding of AI-driven design. Each entry was judged on creativity and originality, design and usability, purpose and impact, and complexity, rewarding projects that were innovative, engaging, and thoughtfully constructed.

The challenge highlighted the versatility of AI in real-world applications, from interactive features and dynamic layouts to artistic expression and storytelling. By combining technical skills with imaginative thinking, students demonstrated how AI can be used to bring unique visions to life in digital spaces.

This event not only celebrated exceptional student creativity but also set the stage for future competitions in the National Competition Series, reinforcing USAAI's mission to empower high school students to explore, learn, and innovate with AI.
